Processing Time

• Standard production orders are processed according to the agreed manufacturing timeline.

• Stock items (if available) are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.

• Custom, OEM, or bulk production orders require production time depending on quantity and specifications.

• Pre-order or made-to-order products will have an estimated shipping timeline shared at confirmation.

If any unexpected delay occurs, our team will inform you immediately.

Shipping Methods

We offer worldwide shipping through:

• Sea Freight (for bulk & container orders)

• Air Freight (for urgent commercial shipments)

• International Courier Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent)

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order size & weight

• Destination country

• Shipping method selected

All shipping terms are confirmed before order finalization.

Order Tracking

For courier and air shipments, tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Sea freight tracking documents (Bill of Lading) are shared for commercial shipments.

Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their country. Welltrox is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (manufactured goods, OEM, and bulk orders), returns are handled under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Only defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Custom-made or OEM-manufactured products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

• Used, altered, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing fault) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@welltrox.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

2. Provide:

   • Order number

   • Product details

   • Photos/videos showing the issue

3. Our team will review and provide return instructions if approved.

Do not return products without written confirmation from our team.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• In certain cases, restocking or handling charges may apply.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us immediately with clear photos of packaging and product.

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
